Registration Information
Symposium Fees 
It has always been the practice and desire to keep the registration fees for the Benedictine Development Symposium at a minimum - this year it is no exception.  Your symposium fees include:  room and board, all symposium materials and meals.  There are discounts for communities sending more than one person.  Double occupancy will also reduce your symposium fees.   

$500  -  [Double Room Occupancy]
$600  -  {Single Room Occupancy]
$800  -  [For two from same community - shared occupancy*]

[*If single room is desired, there will be a $75.00 surcharge per person]

We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.

Monasteries never represented at the Symposium will receive a $50 discount.

Early Bird Discounts
Program & Single Occupancy
 if registered by April 1, 2011  -  $50 non-refundable deposit 
[Total fee:  $500 - savings of $100]
if registered by May 1, 2011  -  $50 non-refundable deposit
[Total fee:  $550  -  savings of $50]

Program & Double Occupancy
 if registered by April 1, 2011  -  $50 non-refundable deposit 
[Total fee:  $400 - savings of $100]
if registered by May 1, 2011 -  $50 non-refundable deposit
[Total fee:  $450  -  savings of $50]

Registrations after May 1, 2011
$50 non-refundable deposit 
[Total fee:  $500]

Refund Policy
Full amount returned less the $50 non-refundable deposit by June 20, 2011
No refunds will be given for cancellations after June 20, 2011
